How do I prepare for a tattoo?

-please be well rested, well fed, and dressed with appropriate layers for your appointment. exfoliate your skin well the week leading up to your appointment. staying hydrated the day of and days before is helpful too. bring cozy items, snacks, and whatever makes you feel at home (especially for longer appointments)

How much do you charge?

I do not charge "hourly" as I am a very fast tattooer, but typically the starting rate for customs is $350, and from there anything larger than hand-size will be either ihalf day rate of $600-$800, or full day for $900-$1200. (6+ hours). Flash and predrawn pieces are cheaper typically $150 starting.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are non refundable, however they are transferrable if you a) give 7+ days notice of reschedule or b)are able to reschedule the appointment within the next 7 days. Of course there are exceptions to this, but typically this is the only job security tattooers have!

Can I see the design beforehand?

Most of the time my clients wait until day of to see their designs. 99% of the time, when there is trust between us to work together this works out very well. I understand some folks are more anxiety oriented and I can work with you beforehand and send the drawing for a fee if you can't stand to wait. Typically tattooers do not send designs beforehand because we draw in order of our appointments and also it can lead to over working the design and sometimes even getting stood up.
